Sami with another broken arm and Ethan doing his homework

Ok, long story short here. WE have new neighbors which so happens that thier son is in the same kindergarten class as Hannah. Well they also have a older daughter in between Ethan and Hannah's age. Well she broke her arm last week at the playground. So we were over there and talking about it when Sami flipped over the handle bars on a scooter. The wheel hit a rock or something. Anyway, its the same wrist she broke in Alaska. So its hurts here even more. So she wanted to show everyone her cast. Then there is Ethan and in the chair is Sami both having to do thier homework on the computer. ITs required here for them to do so. Thank goodness we have 2 computers because with the amount of home these two have nightly for Sam its like 3 hours of homework a night and Ethan about 1-2 hours. Plus the both have tons of research to do all the time and something is due every time I turn around for them. So I just wanted to share that. I had to laugh when they were both online doing homework. I guess its the new age and I better get in gear with it. Sami even has a school website were she emails her teachers all the time and was given by the school a PDA! Yeah, hightech stuff that I know nothing about I might add. However all 3 kids got A's and B's and 1 C+ and I let that one slide a bit because well Sam is in the gifted and talented program and has to do 8th grade work instead of 6th grade and well it was harder for her. I sometimes think she shouldn't be in it but she says she can handle it. I am all about them having a higher education than Her father and I have. I want them so much to succeed in life and go to college right away not 13 years later like me when your brain has forgotton all that stuff and you then need to brush out the cob webs in your mind! No, they are going to go somewhere and be somebody and be great at it. That is my plan for them anyway, Chris keeps trying to put a crimp in my plan by saying its thier lives and I don't get a say if they choose to go another direction. Little does he know as my mother tells me, that I am the mom and yes I do darn it!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, thought I would share these picks.
