This is me at The Pain Clinic I go to get my Spinal Blocks put in for my RSD.

I put together a little collage of me today. I did this because I have gotten lots of followers on twitter and emails and face book who have RSD also and found me threw my last post about my disorder called RSD. For the past month every two weeks have gone to this Clinic off base. This is a very highly recommended top of line clinic who specializes in people who suffer with any type of form of Chronic Pain.
Today was round 2 for my spinal blocks for my left leg to be put in. We go in the morning to this clinic and on the bottom floor is the surgery part of the clinic. Upstairs is all the Doctors offices. We go in, I sign in, and they call me back and get me all gowned up for the procedure and get a IV started (which they are awesome at by the way). I am a very hard stick and both times they got me first stick!!! I am very happy about this you have no idea. Anyway, then they let Chris come back and stay with me while we go over everything. The lady at the top wearing the green shirt and leopard print cover is my Pain Specialist Dr.Jones. She is great and really on top of things right now. We are worried thou that these spinal blocks are not working. I got some relief out of my leg the first week, but this past week has been horrible and she said I went back to my base line of pain, so we did the spinal blocks again today to see if it works. If I go back to my baseline of pain again, we will be attempting something else to do with blocking the nerve endings and trying to stop the signals of pain that I am in. Its a long process but after 4 years of pain and finally someone taking some action to help me, I am all for it. Its extremely painful for the first 24-48 hours. By Monday I should be back to running full force. Just in time for the kids to go back to school! I can't believe summer is over and school is in again but it is. Anyway, please if you have anymore questions leave a comment for me or email, or inbox me on facebook or twitter. I have answered like 3 people since my last post like this. I don't mind sharing what I am going thru. Because now I know, I am not the only one who is going threw this and not the only one who's family has been turned upside down by it and not the only one who suffered in while family, friends, doctors and specialists all looked at you like you were crazy. I realize now, its all in God's timing and hands, not mine. All I can do is keep looking for the answers and try to keep a positive attitude which is hard some a lot of the time especially when you hurt like I do. However, there is a light at the end of every tunnel and I think I am starting to see mine.
